Ummm, well, for special attacks that are powered by an energy system like chakra to scale to a character's physicals, the energy system needs to qualify under the site's UES standards. Chakra unfortunately does not qualify. So that's why Ninjutsu doesn't scale to physicals by default. You need feats and statements that would allow it to scale.
For example, let's say that hypothetically Naruto tanks Kakashi's Raikiri. Then Kakashi is able to hurt Naruto with a punch. This would mean that Kakashi physically scales to his Raikiri via direct feats.
The ETSB has neither of those things going for it, so simply put, there's no good reason for Kaguya to scale to it at all.
And yeah creation falls under the same rules, same as destruction.

It's not about consistently, it about what is true in canon.

If Kenjaku is faster than Piercing Blood in canon that's fine. That'll be up to knowledgeable members to decided, I'm still a bit slow on JJK to say anything about this.

This is not usable.

Unlike the first feat, we don't see Piercing Blood already fired and in front of Kenjaku, we just see Choso pointing at him and about to fire it. All Kenjaku has to do is move down a bit before the attack is fired. This feat is impossible to calculate in the manga, we'd have to wait for the anime to see when he dodged.

Though it's possible that won't show anything either.

But this is only for early Ohma. How far will this go by scaling the multipliers for the Connector?

And so, we have:

1)Inaba should scale up to the Ohma child;
2)BoS Ohma is 3 times stronger than Inaba;
3) The advance works at the expense of speed. Similar to the Kiozan ram, it uses kinetic energy. So the force should increase in proportion to the speed squared.
Ohma is in a different speed league, using an incomplete Advance, so it should be at least 2 times faster. After that, it becomes 2 times faster, and then even faster. We have a speed multiplier of 6 times, which gives an AP boost of 36 times.
The basic Raian is able to withstand this and scales up to this. Ohma scales up to base Raian after the return of memories.
4) Wakatsuki's punches are 5 times stronger than Adamantine Kata, and his kicks are 3 times more powerful. Wakatsuki scales completely to his kicks, so his multiplier is 15 times.
5)The basic Omega Ohma is marked by Roland as more dangerous than Fei, which scales up to Wakatsuki. Ryan scales to basic Ohma and has a multiplier of 3.33 times.
7)The base Edward scales up to Removal Raian and has a multiplier of 3.33 times.
8) Gilbert, who has not gained strength, surpasses Removal Goward, who is stronger than Edward. This gives a multiplier of at least 2 times.
9) Shen's power goes beyond all these multipliers. Mukaku, which is at the Gilbert level, was the food of the Woolong share, so here I will use the multiplier 100 times.

9) THE RESULT= 3 * 36 * 15 * 3,33 * 3,33 * 2 * 100 = 3 592 800 once;

44.4 * 3592800 = 159 Exatons of TNT

Apeiron is below amoeba unless a character has whatever feats. But if a character has feats, then it is no longer ineffable. So Apeiron is a level that is bound to be for featless characters. Below amoeba level in other words, the Yelk's Anti-Principle level stuff.

PSB Wiki tiering system is among the worst tiering systems known to me, only the "Top Strongest" Wiki's tiering system may (or may not) be more stupid.

PSB Wiki is full of No Limit Fallacies. Very strong characters such as Metanormalcy and Nemo Ex Machina are underrated there whereas different fodder such as Nasuverse ("Apophatic" is the only "impressive" stuff there) and the Force (from Star Wars) borrows the highest tier, lol.

I prefer All Fiction Wiki and old VSB Wiki (before tier 0 "upgrades"). These systems are logically (more or less) based.

In other words: Feats > Cool Description.
