Going with Valcua 'cause mid-godly Regenerationn and the ability to negate Regenerationn at this level as well.

The only way I see Dante winning is he trying to seal Lawrence. But I dunno if he would have a chance to do it
 
The thing is, would Dante use time stop before Valcua landing a critical hit? Since they are both in character, I doubt that Dante's first move would be using Quicksilver/Bangle of time, while Valcua for what was shown in the novels, goes straight for the kill with the glencalibur
 
It isn't in character for him to open with Quicksilver or Bangle of Time, but he does use DT against strong opponents, which will make him 10X faster and time stop on contact thanks to the Chrono Heart

They also have a big AP difference
 
So this is likely to happen I feel.

Valcua goes for Glencalibur which would oneshot Dante normally. Instinctive reaction and he'll realize how dangerous Valcua is and go ham with DT. Valcua will be like "Nani tf I can't hit him."

Dante blitzes him with speed amps + chrono heart. Realizing he can't actually kill him he goes for sealing.
 
Hm... How does Dante's sealing work again? 'cause if it's done by a physical attack, it can be blocked by the Blood Sphere, which blocks every kind of physical attack and requires the sacrifice of someone's life to be broken

Otherwise yea, Dante take this due to speed advantage and sealing
 
However Akashic Records are restricted for this match.

And he has some really good hax on his own too, it's just that the immense speed advantage Dante gets with DT and Time hax is too much.
 
His best hax is attacking the Fount of Life which is conceptual damage which bypasses Mid Godly Regen

He also have Portal Creation (it can be used for BFR), Soul Hax, Matter Hax, etc

The Akashic Records have 2-C Existence Erasure, Concept Hax, Fate Hax, Space Hax, Causality Hax and some others, but since they are 2-C, I banned

The Blood Sphere doesn't cover ali of his body, it needs to move, so Time Hax is effective against it
 
I think I would just barely give this to Dante. I still think Val certainly could win, but judging by the previous points it seems just a bit more likely that Dante would win.

High-difficulty vote for Dante.
 
I was thinking in a D Vs Dante thread tho, since Dante resists most of his hax, however, if he can barely defeat Valcua, that's just a distant dream

Also, D has Mid Godly and Resists Sealing so...lol
