You read the title bois.

Seriously, how has this not been done before?

Speed equalized. Bog-standard 40k Marine is used and is only allowed his Bolter/Bolt Pistol and Combat Knife. Battle take place on a Death World. Otherwise SBA

Chadmarine: 7

Marinelet: 0

Inconclusive: 0

The Starcraft Marine currently scales from the 1.2 Gigajoule calc, but they're not quite as strong as the High Templar, so they would be a bit lower than that.

Marine scales from a casual 1.96 Gigajoule feat, surviving a fall from 200 kilometers with little injury.

Hmm they have fairly similar abilities (Although Adeptus have more in detail abilities and have extra organs that well make them harder to kill) that plus the fact their skill is seemingly negligible im gonna vote the Adeptus due to the AP advantage.

How long do the Marines from Starcraft live?

We don't know for certain, but I don't think there's any notable longevity feats. Also, I am planning on revising the StarCraft profiles. And one example is that the 1.2 Gigajoule calc is actually a 12 Gigajoule feat since after looking at some dialogue; the Templar indeed atomizes rather than vaporizes 4 Zerglings. But on the contrary, they shouldn't scale to every fodder trooper since Zerglings especially were outright stomped by Zealots and Templar, and Marines are also much weaker than Zealots. But the Marines do still have back up 8-C feats.

Andway, I do thing Adeptus does have the advantage here given the AP advantage.

Would the corrosive spit of the astardes work ?
Only if he takes his helmet off, which might make him vulnerable, since even Lasgun fire can potentially kill a Marine without protection.

@ Dark

Well, in that case, 40k Marine has the experience advantage as well, since Tactical Marines are usually 60-80 years old minimum and most of that is spent fighting in some of the sort battlefields possible.

Should I count yours as a vote btw?

Given that the space marines were barely injured from a higher end feat, that would seem to be an issue.

As long as it's not a stomp, I'd say so. Experience + AP being the reason.

Also going to have to go with 40k marines. Better physicals, biological enhancements help out, and they're on average more experienced even without getting into the clusterfuck that is a 40k battlefield. There also exist armor piercing bolter rounds that function more as shaped charges that can punch through their armor that wasn't really damaged by a higher feat, so those being in use would shred the SC marine like a normal gun would a human.

Rip round 1 of 8-C bracket lol

Not to mention the fact that Bolters are basically automatic RPG launchers that can easily kill even other 40k Marines with well-placed shots. So ye.

no cause it's your thread

you can argue thougjh

L8, but also:

"thougjh"

I think Woki is trying to summon a daemon but I'm not so sure.

Astartes seem to take this comfortably with experience dealing with all types of xenos and daemons. Great combat skill being able to use dozens of different weapons with a high level of mastery. High close combat skill generally fighting beings who have lived and fought for hundreds and thousands of years. Expert marksmanship. Biological advantage. And FRA.

Grace period, meaning the match up will be ready to be added after 24 hours.
