While still working for Mi6, 006 is sent to investigate Trevor Phillips, a dangerous man causing issues for the local authorities in America. Alec accepts and heads out to the West Coast to subdue the problem.

Alec scopes out the area Trevor is hiding in and suddenly they become face to face as they both pull out firearms

Trevor: "You sent here to kill me? Maybe I should make an example out of you then"

Alec laughing: "I'd like to see you try"

Ok so takes place in LA

Speed Equalised

Both at 9-B

They start 10 metres away

Trevor Phillips: 0

I think Alec takes this due to likely superior training, because I'm pretty sure Trevor is just an insane individual. All it takes is a couple well placed shots to put Trevor down. Though I'd say it's actually a lot closer than one would expect.
 
Yeah that's pretty much what I was thinking honestly. I think Alec would find it trickier than he would originally think but he'd take the win via better training, experience and probably better skill
 
Better training? Trevor received military training, what does Alec have to offer?


Also you should exclude Red mist, explosives, rocket launchers and the railgun for Trevor, since he'd just lolstomp otherwise. Anyways:

Trevor takes this to his superior AP & Durability and his insane weaponary.
 
Does Trevor even have military training? I only remember him getting kicked out of the Air Force before receiving training
 
Alec has arguably better military training as he was trained by international secret services, MI6. He's an international secret agent with like years upon years of training
 
Still, it was just for the Air Force. It's nowhere near as good as Alec's training

Anyway, assuming crazy shit like railguns and miniguns and other stuff like Red Mist are restricted, then Alec FRA
 
Trevor's still a literal tank without Red Mist.

He scales to 18-wheelers crashing him into walls in excess of 50 mph, and he can walk off 50 BMGs constantly shot at him. Also he's more likely to spam the weapons he has on him and can carry a lot more than most people because in-game lore sucks for reasons unknown.

Alec is gonna need more than just ordinary pistols to take Trevor's arsenal down.

But, seeing as how Trevor's best weapons and abilities aren't restricted and neither is Alec's as far as I can see, I'd go with Trevor via more versatility and better guns.
 
Alec in his person is known to carry pistols, machine guns and rifles. He also has tanked bullets in his game version and his superior to his film version which survived over a 200m fall onto solid concrete. He definitely has better training because Secret Agents recieve military training at the highest level whereas Trevor got kicked out

If anything it's a borderline skillstomp for Alec.
 
Well then.

Alec manages to outskill Trevor and somehow overcome that massive AP advantage Trevor has physically and with guns.
 
Plus, I feel that Alec is not only more skilled, but also smarter than Trevor in general. Trevor has more shit stains on his clothes than brain cells

Alec was one of the best 00 agents of all time next to Bond and was intelligent enough to devise a plan that would literally ruin the world economy with a satellite alone
 
I do think Alec horribly outskills here.

That being said, Trevor has a rather large advantage in terms of his regen. Since Mid-Low regen is extra good against bullets...to the body, which isn't where Alec is going to be shooting. He'll be aiming for the head.

I'm not sure which end Trevor scales to for the wood busting feat. The low end places him on par with Alec, the mid end is what seems to be the consensus on this thread, and the high end makes it a stomp. So, assuming the mid end, Alec likely shoots Trevor in his head a few times with a machine gun once the match starts.

Now seriously talking... I consider Alec much more prepared to deal against very clever people. Trevor isn't an idiot but Alec is the one that can make much better improvisation plans.

So yeah. Trevelyan will make what he does best: make Trevor rage quit
