Speed is equalized. Battle takes place in the Museum of Natural History, with both combatants starting off behind cover at 60 meters. No preparations.

Winner by any means. (I'm not debating on this, btw.)

Spider-Man Noir: 8 (KLOL, Zark, Schmuck,ShakeResounding, Ed, GreyFang, TheGodAboveMarvel, Kramer)

Spidey via better precog and webs LOL.

47 is good, but this is Spidey we're talking about. Also 47's precog pales in comparison to Spidey's, who can use it in combat situations, while 47 simply can't.
 
It is, but his precog cripples him badly in this case.

And the fact that he can't wallcrawl or swing, or make webs, TBF.

Funny because Detroit Connor took out CH with nothing but a gun and precog.
 
SpiderNoir FRA. There really isn't much 47 can do here with SE. @KLOL Offtopic but does CH have Wall running(We're talking BO3 levels of it) as apart of his kit despite how bad real life humans are at it(According to Guinness WR)
 
Yeah CH is really bad in Wall running at this point. It wouldn't really matter for 47 in this case in comparison. Although don't the Soldier's in BO3 use technology in order to Wall run or is it done naturally(Albeit people like Tank Dempsey can do it normally). Although this can be added now.
