Inconclusive for the reasons mentioned in the previous thread.

Luffy can't break his shield and Steven doesn't lose energy using it he wouldn't be affected by Haki.

They becomes friends eventually.

He should be above Zoro who's 500+ Megatons.

But this is unnecessary given that OP revisions are almost done and Luffy will be 7-A just with G3.

Well, Steven scales from 200+ Megatons, so I dont think any of them will be having any big stat advantage over the other, so even if Luffy manages to get a few good hits if Steven drops his shield to attack, that still won't be enough to finish him off. Luffy is resistant to physical blows, so there goes most of Steven's attack, except for maybe the spikes (which Luffy could potetially dodge with Observation, since you need to be really close to Steven for them to hit you), and the BFR (which Steven needs to also get really close, and he never even uses that in character anyway).

Yeah, inconclusive, unless maybe the fight goes on for so long that Steven ends up falling asleep and possesses Luffy, but thats unlikely.

Honestly, I gave up trying to follow what is even going on with the One Piece pages here; they go from 6-C to 7-A to High 7-A and then back to 7-A, I don't even know.

God Tiers are gonna get 6-C probably scaling from 28GT.

Dressrosa Luffy would be Low 7-B in Base, higher with G2, Likely 7-A with G3, High 7-A with G4, higher with strongest attacks.

Whole Cake Luffy would be Unknow in Base, High 7-A with Gears, higher or 6-C with G4 and higher with strongest attacks.

But it's still on discussion.

Speed is equalized

Also no he doesnt Steven is Relativistic to Luffy's Massively Hypersonic. Steven is the one who would blitz

I mean youre not wrong but youre making a pretty big assumption that Luffy would lead right out the gate with Gear 2nd against a physically unintimidating kid

Luffy never judged or underestimated an enemy by appearances. He would activate his gear when things got tricky for him.

Which wouldnt realy help him all that much considering by the time he did that Steven would be in his bubble

Gear Second is a speed amp ability.
Speed amp > Speed equal.
If you blitz because you have a speed amp but you are slower when speed is unequal and wins for the speed amp in a equalized speed battle, the battle is not added or that speed amp is not counted

There is a rule: During a match where speed is equalized, speed amplification techniques are allowed, unless they lead to a victory via Speed Blitz in favor of the slower character.

@Rei Its an omnidirectional bubble forcefield that Steven can make with a thought

Also Kazuma is correct regarding speed amps

How work this bubble?
He creates a Bubble around him with high 6-A durability

Edit: I am tired because I need to sleep and writting in english is a bit stressfull because I always wants to write perfectly,so I vote inconclusive or Steven if someone gave a better reasoning in his favor because Luffy is not as strong as he was before the downgrades

It is at this moment where I realize I need to remove Ruby vs Spiderman.

@Kazuma He's referring to MCU Spiderman without realizing that that rule was taken into account in that thread and Ruby still won

I supposed the MCU Spiderman doesn´t have op precog

Voting Incon FRA just so this can be ended. (Lil bit of a necro but better late than never.)

Welp, that's 7 incon votes by my count: Calaca, Paulo, Wright, Weekly, Kazuma, Rei, Cinnabar.

Time for a grace that nobody will likely care about.

Wait for the revisions. It has been found a new scaling that might upgrade Luffy if accepted.

I've heard the bubble argument before. I say Luffy takes this with mid diff anyway. He has more fighting experience. Luffy grizzly magnums both Steven and the sheild out of the battle area. Wins via BFR.

And Wapol.

If Steven has nothing to counter that kind of BFR or the bubble can move independent of Steven's will then I suppose Luffy would get a win.

Yeah, Luffy is Class G and Steven is Class 50. Win via BFR can be applied.

Changing for Luffy by Gandalf reasons.
