Assassin due to his conceptual origin weapons breaking his constructs and one shotting should he land with his knife. Sure Rho Aias would stop his bullets but Assassin's knife get's around that, and if this comes down to pure hand to hand then Nasu himself stated that Assassin is esssentially invincible in a 1v1 due to his time acceloration.

Also Assassin has built in plot armor.
 
Even with this distance, which is very beneficial for Archer, Assassin can dodge basically anything he throws at him (save for maybe Hrunting) with Chronos Rose, cripple him by cutting a projection with Phantasm Punishment, and kill him in close quarters.

the scary part is that this isnt even a joke.

i was obviously saying it as a joke. i have nothing against shirou fanboys (and i dont see the term "fanboy" as something negative to begin with. it would be like saying i have something against a person just because they are a motorcycle enthusiast). it was just a general statement. it wasnt targeted towards anyone that could ever participate in the thread

Ok, since the fight starts with Unlimited Blade work active then Archer wins by spamming and throwing swords at him. But, that only if he decided to fight seriously. An origin bullet at best will only tear a hole through the RM, not break it, if it did, he would have completely shattered the mercury thing. Essentially, with both range and being within the RM, Archer take it. Also, Archer has Hrunting which is homing. And, he can repeatedly fire 5 times.

But that only if he's willing to fight Kiritsugu after all this is his dad. How did he learn this? By looking at both the gun and knife, his tracing allow him to see the history of both the weapon, while he won't be able to trace the gun and I'm unsure if he's able to trace the origin knife's ability(Because origin weird). He will learn this is Kiritsugu from a timeline where he never goes to the 4th war and become a CG because of it.

He would start becoming hesitant in attacking him, possibly. He would know the danger of the knife and gun, and not come close to it. While the knife is an NP, I would think Archer--knowing the danger they possessed--would try to destroy them. While Archer will fight not to kill, the same can't be said about Assassin, who have never adopted a son.

While Assassin has Time Alter and can use it better and longer, it still poses the same risk of ******* up his body. So, he can't completely spam the thing, and the plot armour only applies if he's going to get killed and not help him kill.

So my vote would go to... really I don't know
 
Not really.

Assassin EMIYA still blitzes and UBW is finished once Kiri gets a knife in Shirou or if Kiri decides to put a bullet in his son.
 
I guess, but his shit luck would probably **** him up in trying to get the kill. Jk jk. But, it is possible that Archer can pull a win despite Assassin being able to blitzes him due to Eyes of the Mind(True)

Just going to put out there that UBW was a "Bonus Round", as in, something for fun speculation, not for the actual vote. I'll edit it out of the OP, since it seems to have caused some confusion.

I'm going to say I don't think Assassin Emiya should be able to blitz before Archer can fire off Hrunting several times, which is a homing attack that I'm not sure if Assassin can avoid properly. Although, overall, I would still support Assassin.

The origin bullet only works if you're using your magic circus, so like the more power the spell you're using the more ****** you're going to get when it hit you. That was how Kiritsugu fought magus, pushed them to the point where they used their most power spell/magecraft and BANG. The Origin Knife and bullet is going to cut through it, but it can't destroy it.
 
So I guess that's 7 votes for Assassin, unanimously. This can be added, correct?
