The changes are as follows:
Added a new key that is High 8-C (10 tons), with him being to amp it up to 8-B (70 tons), as well as High Hypersonic+ rating with him being able to amp it up to Massively Hypersonic.
New abilities are as follows:
Absorption (With <Bloodseeker's Ultimatum>, Yoon-seok absorbs magic permanently from the outside. The magic within the body is converted to Bloodseeker’s Energy[18])
Poison Manipulation, Fire Manipulation, Electricity Manipulation, and Ice Manipulation (Due to <Trajectory Enhancement>, every attack Yoon-seok does will have one of these properties[18])
Energy Manipulation (Due to Bloodseeker's energy properties, Yoon-seok can engulf his entire body with bloodseeker's energy, making him able to tank his own attacks without a scratch[18])
Blood Absorption (Due to the properties of <Bloodseeker's Ultimatum>, Yoon-seok can absorb the blood of dead people, or people who are injured, in order to replensh his stamina[19])
Supernatural Willpower (Capable of enduring the pain of being decapitated, and have your guts spilled, and on top of that, the intensity of the pain is increased by 20 times[18])
Pain Manipulation (All his attacks are 20 times more painful due to <Torture Technician>[20])
Extrasensory Perception (Can sense both Qi and Magic[21])
Gravity Manipulation (By increasing the concentration of his energy in thin air, the pressure increases so much as if gravity was multiplied several times, and makes even superhuman people fall to their knees[22])
BFR (Due to <Predation> being leveled up to rank C, Yoon-seok can teleport himself and his opponent to a 50-meter radius arena by simply slapping them in the face[2])
Statistics Amplification (With King of All Swords, Using any blade-like weapon, Yoon-seok's power is increased by two times, and his attack speed increases accordingly to the amount of swords he has equipped[23])
Invisibility (With <Counterattack>, every time Yoon-seok uses it, he becomes invisible for one second)
Platform Creation (Via Bloodseeker's energy, he can manipulate it in a way that he can jump on them mid-air[24])
Shapeshifting (Due to <Avatar>, Yoon-seok can change his body's shape and appearance at will, even granting himself functional wings, and being capable of turning into completely different beings[25])
Flight (With <Avatar>, he can grow himself wings and fly[25])
limited Attack Reflection, and Invulnerability (Vajra Step allows him to step up three and a half meters backward, being completely invincible during the leap, which is longer than one second, and reflect all the damage back[25][23])
Enhanced Power Nullification (Possibly 19 layers; His Magic stat has reached Rank S, which not only means Sun Monarch's Judgement Sword is more powerful, but it also means that he can nullify the magic of any rank that is lower than S[26])
Forcefield Creation (With Force Shield, Yoon-seok can make a forcefield around himself that blocks attacks equal to him without a scratch[23])
Added resistances are as follows:
Curse Manipulation (Due to Bloodseeker's energy, curses only last a few seconds before disappearing[27])
Enhanced Resistance to Mind Manipulation, Fear Manipulation, Empathic Manipulation, and Madness Manipulation (Possibly 20 layers; Due to <Heart of Liberty>, Yoon-seok is now immune to all physical and mental restraints, much better than Mental Barrier of Anti-Magic can ever achieve, as this is an administrator power and can remove the side-effects of Bloodseeker, despite Mental Barrier not being able to do so. Mental Barrier can resist any mental interfering technique depending on the rank, if the rank is the same, it is resisted, and if its lower, it still is resisted. There are ranks from F-, to SSS+[28], with Yoon-seok being S)
