WWE Minor AP Upgrades For Top And God Tiers (9-B Keys Only)

So yeah. This again.

So the current AP values we have for the God and Top Tiers for WWE are right here:

God Tiers: 5,367,524.97 Joules

Top Tiers: 2,842,127.28351 Joules

The value for the Top Tiers are based on this blog, and the value for the God Tiers are based on this blog for clarification purposes.

However, my boi @Pikaman decided to cook a bit, and he ended up making a nice little appetizer for me, as well as the supporters for WWE.

He did a re-calc based on some new justifications he found for the feats, so if this CRT gets accepted (and the calcs get accepted ofc), the God and Top Tiers will scale to the following values:

God Tiers: 6,656,866.26104 Joules

Top Tiers: 3,779,254.07005 Joules

I pretty much made this so the calc will get some more attention (there hasn't been a comment made on it in months lol), so hopefully this'll help.
