Would this grant Sub-atomic destruction?

With how this attack is utilized, it is a nucleosynthesis process which is the creation of new atomic nuclei which are made up of protons and neutrons if I understand correct.

And the target burns away into Neutrinos and Axions, both which are subatomic particles, and the power comes from a shard of a neutron star.

From what I read on the profile page and some other posts, Deconstruction ability would be something that doesn’t involve energy or force etc., in the link there is two points:

1. The attack is directly compared to a sword attacks and acts as like a siege weapon by power.
2. It is stated that it sends out harm, harm by definition is something that causes physical damage in a deliberate sense.

Oh okay, The ability in the link is when the weapon itself causes harm or is damaged it increases it’s rate of fire.
