Woody vs Yarny

I'm gonna say woody for having better combat based abilities and homefield advantage. I don't think that the minor time stop will help much here.
 
How severe is Yarny's time stop? If he can dodge most of Woody's attacks then he wins, but if Woody can still attack him, then Woody FRA.
 
Well, his time stop slows Yarny down too, meaning he'd only be able to see woody's attacks coming, not necessarily move fast enough to dodge them. Woody FRA.
