Some people have a place known as "outside", and they spend time there. You could probably get some benefits from a nice stroll too, a lack of vitamin D is known to mess with your emotional state for the worse. Just think about a store you like nearby, walk there, then walk back. Use a GPS if you really need to (or if anything like that is a mile or more away, just walk in the nearby area and return home)So why not?
