I understand that there was some sort of debate regarding her "cutting dimensions represented by whole numbers" or whatever, but even if we were to assume it solely encompasses the ones proven to exist within the verse, it should be in tier 1 territory, unless I'm missing something? I didn't find any thread that outright stated the thing shouldn't be used, so I'm quite confused.

Any explanation is welcome.
