She could cleary sense that Tatsumaki was fighting against someone, and that someone (gyoro gyoro/psykos) had a tremendous amount of psychic powers

I dont think that is even it, as Tatsumaki could sense that fubuki was fighting against that Sado monster that can control minds with her attacks, Fubuki did the same thing here, she could sense that Tatsumaki was fighting

It seems like it can be both Extrasensory Perception and Enhanced Senses to me honestly.

Though just from the scans in the OP, it should be mentioned that she's only demonstrated the ability to sense people who can use psychic abilities.

Here - . We can see that she senses killing intent from an assassin. If it is not redundant to add it with Extrasensory Perception.

Fubuki can sense physic powers as well, its not only killing intent, my scans shows it
