Why Bill's Perception Manip was removed?

In the thread for the reasoning of Bill's abilities, this ability was removed because it was though to come from the weirdness bubbles.

However, it doesn't come from the bubbles at all, but rather, from Mabeland, a prison bubble made of bugs and other things, but is disguised as a paradise for Mabel, including water, all sorts of creatures and so on.

Bill managed to trick the cast to see Mabeland as something else than what it actually is, so that's why I think he should get the ability back (even if it's not combat applicable for him. Well technically it could be but we don't know yet)

He still made them percieve it in a completely different way than what it actually is.

Perception Manip isn't just making people think Illusions are physically there and that they're real and tangible

He also made Mabel completely unaware to the true nature of the place, made her percieve the place in a completely different way than its true form. If he didn't altered her perceptions of smell and taste in Mabelland, the foods would still taste like bugs and smell like bugs too.
