Goken type Swordsmen and those who have reached The pinnacle of Swordsmanship are stated to be capable of cutting any material as long as they will it, whether it be flesh or steel however the full extent to which this can be applied is unknown... If he want to cut it then it gets cut... Like this link blocked because he wasn't trying to cut him and then gets one shotted when he attacks with his will link and link
