Which character is closest to Omnipotence?

Which character has shown feats that would rank it above all other fictional characters including other "omnipotents" from other stories.

This means the absence of all restrictions that would defeat the fact they were omnipotent as well as feats that would place them above all other characters within the tier 0 range who are only assumed omnipotent/questionably omnipotent.

If I am to choose by feats and skill description, Elder God Demonbane came out at the top.

But rather than dealing with other questionably omnipotent character. I would like to point out two nigh omnipotent characters who have author-authority in Eien no Aselia series like Myuugi and Tokimi who live outside of reality and can shape reality.

To put it simple, Myuugi's Shukumei can deal damage directly to the Upper Log Domain (in comparison to normal Log Domain for multiverses) which contains every information.

To elaborate, imagine everything are data inside a computer. Normal existence erasure would be equal to deleting a file. Some files cannot be deleted or can be recovered. Shukumei's power, however, would be hitting the computer so hard that the part of the disk contain that file broke.

That's also how Tokimi's rank 2 Shinken's power is buffed. Originally, it can manipulate law of causality, which is good but not that OP, especially to Eternals. However, in the new materials which buffed her, in her serious fight with another Eternal (Mikage), she used it to make him renounce his Eien Shinken and obliterate him. That was impossible with normal law of causality manipulation as:

- Mikage's Eien Shinken is his head, a past that he renounced it is impossible to exist.

- Mikage, as other Eternals, are beings outside of time and space, so his past should have already been erased and whatever do to his past shouldn't affect him.

- Lastly, Mikage's Eien Shinken allow him to be immune to all other Eien Shinken's powers.

Yet Tokimi's rank 2 Shinken just went "fk the impossible, I will just hack the Upper Log Domain". She is implied to be able to do the same thing to everything. However, this strained that Log Domain a lot, and overuse can cause the Upper Log Domain to collapse (basically the destruction of the whole verse), so she normally seals it.Their (Myuugi and Tokimi)'s newly buffed power is basically playing with the author's power, just that they are limited to specific purposes (Myuugi = destruction and Tokimi = manipulation event in the past) instead of being all purpose which will make them absolute omnipotent.

This is likely a too controversial topic, and a type which the OP promised to avoid, so I will close it.
