So if i were to have a debate about pennywise being universal plus, and somebody without any other proof came along and said "pennywise cant have infinite power, he is just a big stupid clown", what type of fallacy would this be? Would this fall under genetic or ad hominem? Or perhaps something else?

Even though that is true, i dont think it counts as a fallacy. Plus it would still be fallacious even if it wasnt downplay lol.
