Bardock and King Vegeta - Low 5-B (Scaling to or above Base Saiyan Saga Goku)
Dr. Wheelo - 5-B (Superior to Goku with Kaioken times 3, who is stronger than Saiyan Saga Vegeta)
Turles - 5-B (Superior to Dr. Wheelo), higher after eating the Fruit from the Tree of Might
Chilled - High 5-A (Should be comparable to First Form Frieza)
SSJ Bardock - High 5-A (Stronger than Chilled)

He should be 4-B (Solar System level) tbh. He wasn't just stronger than SS2 Gohan, he was curbstomping him and he was also stronger than Goku (who should also be SS2 by that point)

Goku didn't used SSJ2 against Broly during that point, and Buu Saga SSJ2 Gohan was weaker than Cell Games SSJ2 Gohan
