Jek-14 from the Lego Star Wars: Yoda Chronicles series. He's a genetically engineered, force-sensitive clone of Jango Fett who's purpose was to be a sith weapon until he joined forces with the Jedi.
He's a pretty interesting character and it'd be great to use him in debates. I'd put him around 6-C to High 6-C.
He was able to incapacitate Yoda, but then again this was non-canon, Lego Yoda so I don't know if this feat holds much water.
