Yes while there is quite a bit of focus on sexual material Huniepop 2 implies that there's going to be at least a little bit more to it.

Like while it's just a dating sim

It just rewards the player with a pic of a nsfw girl for winning

While the games story is just about romancing girls, there is only a very small portion that actually shows anything NSFW.

It's a 3 and harmless. Trashy, but not really ****.
