What is required to post a new page?

Recently found out that joke battles wikia existed so I created a fandom account.

I've registered/confirmed it with my email and waited four days, but it still says that I do not have permission to create a page.

My fandom account name is the same as my name on here. Can someone help or explain what I need to do to have permission to post?

I see that this has been discussed before, but the person before me did not get an answer either. All they got was, to exactly quote, "huh, that's weird, idk".

I think you can ask on the JBW administrator's message wall.
