Excuse me if I sound dumb for asking, but what does it mean when a character is a "smurf?"

I originally thought that maybe the tiny little blue characters we all know are just some kind of really OP characters and thus people call other characters similar to them "smurfs," but clearly they don't have profiles on this wiki.

A character with hax that far exceeds their AP.

I.E 5-A physically, 2-B with Hax.

Trust me, it happens all the time when people on this website use a word that refers to small blue creatures.

Anyways, it literally means as you just said. Especially for characters who are say, for example, 9-C but has hax/abilities on a Tier 2/1 level. It pretty much applies to everything up to I think Tier 2 even? But that's what I've seen been used for any characters that are 3-D but have hax much higher than whatever tier they're in.

Edit: Ninja'd, but that's the short version of it.

Why are they called smurfs?
It's a gaming term according to Urban Dictionary

Scharacters with higher dimensional properties than just a simple plane that is much more than meets the eye, for example a karaktwr 5b, but this character's ee will basically affect a multiverse Level or even if the character's self is 3 dimensional, the ap or dura is 4 or 5 dimensional and the features given for the characters who are much higher and higher and have more features

Goku is a smurf? 🗿

Dude, this has nothing to do with goku, I'm just talking about a character with 5b ap and dura and its property for example existence erasure if it's l2c then it's smurf
And so the fact that he has many higher abilities like this makes those traits a smurf for the character.
