What are some cosmic feats of Warhammer 40k?

I'm new to the Warhammer 40k world and I have noticed that many of characters are in the 4-B tier but none have feats on this level.

I understand that a character does not necessarily need to cause destructive feats on the 4-B tier level to be considered one if the character can harm another with such durability, but I think it still has to start somewhere.

So, what are some of the cosmic destruction feats like destroying planets, stars or entire systems that the 4-B characters of WH40k have?
