Weird time thing that maybe qualifies as Immeasurable speed

If a verse has time acting sus, as in the future and past can affect the present to the point that someone can torture a descendent(as well as an ancestor if they wanted) of someone and that someone would get affected(as in EE) would that give the characters Immeasurable speed?

Since the way time works for those characters allows them to essentially affect the past and future versions of beings.

If it is done via speed then yes but if it is an in verse thing then no. Can you clarify a bit what "acting sus" is?

It's a inverse thing.

In the verse, the past and future and present happen simultaneously and each can affect each other. A character uses this to kill someone in the past by torturing their descendent.
