So after couple of attemped calcs and told it is not right, I decided on the other approach to which DontTalk suggested/assumed. with measuring an 'assumed' reactor that is inside Wall Eehto, since this is based on Magnetic Confinement Fusion, The reactor should be a Tokamak shape reactor, which was likely what was appearing at the end of Wall and Laxus' battle.
so here are the measurements pixels.
Laxus' height and head measurements
Pixel 409: 6 ft, 3 i

Judging from this panel, both Laxus and Wall clashing in a similar posture should be the same height, with Wall possibly an inch or two shorter, but I digress. which means their head measurements should be the same.
