Sanji wins via better everything sans Lifting Strength/Range. All Might never abuse range, he himself states that he doesn't fight at mid to long range. He is a short range fighter and has no need for such things. Unless it becomes 100% necessary, All Might will not fight at range as it is out of character to do so.

Also his air pressure attacks would be 7-A+, weaker than his fist and will do less damage in general... if any damage. He's also not a grappler either, the only opponent he ever restrained (That we see) was the USJ Nomu who he couldn't hurt at all. And even then his solution was to bury it into the ground so it can't move.

But Sanji can easily get out of the ground if All Might somehow gets him in a suplex. Unless someone brings up more reasons for Sanji, I'm not going to say stomp.

Sanji gots far superior skills, is 2X stronger normally, can increase his strength/speed, and even ignores durability with Diable Jambe.
