OG Vilgax doesn't have much. His AP scales to his Durability somewhat, in that he lived a Nuclear Explosion (which yielded 2.7 Kilotons), but it should scale down from that because Vilgax was almost killed by it iirc.

So weaker than 2.7 Kilotons. 45% scales to 6.3 tons so he’s gonna deal a lot of damage to Vilgax with his attacks. Only way Deku could lose is if Vilgax can outlast him as 45% is hard on him.

That was Pre-OS Vilgax who is much weaker than an unamped OS Vilgax.
