Sonic should have high pain tolerance, for being unfazed by months of torture. Maybe this could just be additional evidence for his supernatural willpower though. Either, or both, work imo.
Edit: The latter is more appropriate.

Also, Eggman should have Force Jewels in his optional equipment, like the playable cast of Sonic Shuffle. He is shown using two of them. Force Jewels themseleves can prevent users from being immobilized on top of all the abillities they're already accepted to have.

Furthermore, Eggman's inventions in Sonic Shuffle are capable of the following:
-Can cause a temporary movement debuff
-Can replace the cards in a character's inventory with "Eggman cards". This falls under Hammerspace Manipulation

No, it's not. Why did you just re-post what I already posted? Eggman didn't torture Sonic physically or anything like that. He just tormented him by showing him conquering the world.

nope, the first specially suggests they were doing something TO him ON the Death Egg, plus "to kill time" implies that Eggman is doing something to amuse himself while he conquers the world, which wouldn't make sense if we assume that this "something" is his conquering the world, as that wouldn't make sense for the phrase, and you can't kill time while you do something if said something is what you are doing to kill time

either way, torture, even if psychological, is very much implied and stated

Anyways, you didn't post any proof about they torturing Sonic. Just speculation out of two lines. I can agree they were "messing" with Sonic, at least at a mental level with taunts and whatnot.

Either way, Sonic is visibly unfazed by torture. The nature of said torture being vague means that it should more likely be extra justification for his willpower rather than a supernatural pain resistance. That settles that I guess.
