"Seven days have passed since a mysterious group of 16 individuals entered the forsaken Metropolis of decadence.
The quiet night of doesanyoneactuallyreadthis streets is where our fateful encounter happens.
A clash of Capos and Executives is upon us. Soon,
Death will occur upon these streets."

The skill fight, huh. Was secretly hoping it would’ve been for grand finals.

So while Dust may be stronger through equipment, Hank upscales from his base who fought someone that casually did a 0.42 tons feat.

In terms of skill, Hank is a skilled mercenary who fought tens of trained agents at once. Plus, he usually tries to kill his opponents faster than they can react even without looking, and those same opponents had the potential to one-shot him if he weren’t that skilled. And Hank has faced stronger opponents before. Sure, he may not do much damage to them, but he would try to come up with a strategy to beat them, especially since he can just use his electricity to amplify his attack power.

Oh boy, yeah i thought for sure this would be the finale lol

I would put Hank and Dust on the same level skill-wise, a Dust has done a lot of the same things Hank has. In the final chapter of the game he effectively took on entire battalions of Gaius' army at once, with each member being skilled martial fighters comparable to himself in power and speed, and in the final battle he took on Gaius himself, who was explicitly stated to be stronger than Dust, as well as a bunch of members of his personal guard all at the same time.

Electricity isnt really a new thing to Dust, hell he literally copied his own electric powers from a boss that spammed electric attacks for their entire fight
