"Three day have passed since a mysterious group of 16 individuals entered the forsaken Metropolis of decadence.
The quiet night of the City Square is where our fateful encounter happens.
A clash of Peacekeepers and Executives is upon us. Soon,
Death will occur upon these streets."

Note: Late Game Dust is used, amping to High 8-C is restricted

So how do the stats compare this time?

Oh, yall actually waited for me, thats both very kind and really unexpected lol

But yeah, Dust is a bit over .52 tons and can temporarily amp himself up to 1.248 tons via quick items, and since the High 8-C stuff is banned from the tourned Fidget's magic is the same level

How skilled/experienced is Dust?
Dust possesses all of the skill and experience of the assassin Cassius, a Warmblood noted as being one of the greatest warriors the world had ever seen and the most feared of General Gaius' elite assassins. Even after just awakening Dust showed the skill in combat that rivaled his previous life, having mastered wielding Ahrah seconds after picking him up, including mastering the Dust Storm instantly when as stated by Ahrah even the greatest of swordsmen would have trouble with, and regularly fighting his way through hordes of monsters with supernatural powers he had never seen before in treacherous environments. His skill was so great that it was stated by Elder Grey Eyes that Cassius was specifically chosen as half of the Mithrarin solely because he had the skill to singlehandedly defeat Gaius' entire army, which had regularly demonstrated to be on par with Dust in terms of physical strength and which possessed superior technology including invisibility, and after being awoken Dust managed to completely destroy the campaign Gaius had created over the course of years in only a few days

Okay so like, definitely more skilled than Jonathan lol.

Is Dust's teleportation easily spammable? ANd would Fidget also be fighting? If so that is a big advantage for Dust.

Technically its not even combat applicable, it just lets him teleport to different parts of the world but doing that is effectively self-BFR

Fidget doesnt really fight per-say, she basically just throws out different kinda of magic for Dust to use in conjunction with Dust Storm in order for him to be able to use his danmaku, as well as occasionally detecting nearby items and enemies. On her own she cant really do much.

Aaaah okay that makes more sense.

I feel like Jonathan suffers greatly in the skill and experience department, and Dust could probably just either pelt him from a range or parry a considerable amount of Jonathan's attacks which paralyze him and open him up to some good attacks.

Agreed. Like to add that First Jojo doesn't really do much with the more extraordinary aspects of Hamon that his Grandson like using, nor does he have any methods of ranged attack; so he is stuck with having to rush towards Dust while he does what you mentioned Jacky.

This fanta honestly votes for Dust here, he has range advantage that First Jojo can't negate with Hamon, or brainpower, and has ways to render physical combat moot due to his abilities.
