Wank and downplay are two sides of the same coin, so I’ll fix this all the same. This CRT should be more like a soft update into the new tiering system, as a lot of these justifications are already approved, they just need tweaked tiering to match the new system. Not sure why any 07th expansion fans haven’t fixed this before,but whatever.
To start with:
The witch domain is a 1-A+ hierarchy.
The witch domain transcends the human domain, and is completely and utterly accessible to it. To the point that you can transcend the human domain,but not actually be at the level of a witch. The only way to reach this domain is if a witch or someone else at this level takes interest in you and allows you to ascend, basically. They also see the human domain as some insignificant fictional game.
The witch domain is accepted to be an infinite hierarchy, where witches go on a journey to gradually free themselves from any and all restrictions,so I don’t have to justify this portion, at least.
For this reason, the first layer of the witch domain would be baseline outer, and every successive step would logically be 1 more layer into 1-A.
3rd Domain/Aurora’s study.

High 1-A: High Outerverse level
Characters or objects who transcend 1-Acharacters in the same vein that 1-A characters transcend the rest of the system. That is to say: If there is a hierarchy of 1-A layers, each of which operates within the same framework, with the same "algorithm" dictating the difference between them, a High 1-Acharacter would transcend the framework entirely, and instead operate on a different, higher hierarchy, governed by another, likewise higher algorithm. In other words, whereas 1-A is a qualitative superiority, High 1-Arepresents a "meta"-qualitative superiority.
What does this have to do with featherine? She views witches in the same vein as witches view humans. And the only way to access this is if featherine opens its doors to you. Textbook High 1-A.
Featherine is said to have “reached the territory of a creator.” The other voyager witches could potentially do the same, but they fear of becoming bored due to gaining the ability to create/write anything they want. (Maybe the Voyager witches can get High 1-A for their true forms? Not sure,tbh.)
Featherine is also said to be in a world of “relay manga”, where she constantly transcends herself in a cycle similar to rebirth.

Featherine is pretty much meant to be an author self insert, and as such is the author of the entire cosmology,being able to make whatever she writes come true.
