Kars uses hamon and ONESHOTS Godzilla. Its pretty much a stomp because Godzilla doesnt have the means to kill kars.

Shin Godzilla would be a better fit because he can actually kill kars.

He leaks a Fuckton of Radiation passively, but I figured Regen was gonna be a problem for this Goji. Shin is a better bet since they both can One-Shot each other.
