The advancement of artificial intelligence is something that people both fear and embrace in equal measure. While we may wish for our robotic companions to be smarter, stronger, faster and more efficient with their operation, the fact that they can show and ever-present danger to us means that we must remain careful. And while there have been a number of reasonable attempts at making sure they continue to side with us, the method we explore today is giving said robots a consciousness. A heart. A soul. One that yearns to keep all of their loved ones safe, and eventually rising to the role of a made-to-order hero. But which of these brave automatons have what it takes to win the day? Today, we find out!

In the red corner, we have Quote from Cave Story, and in the blue corner, we have Jenny Wakeman from My Life as a Teenage Robot.

  • This is a battle to the death or incapacitation. No holds barred.
  • Neither character are aware of each other beforehand, and there is no prep time.
  • Neither character are allowed any outside help.
  • This battle takes place in the center of Amity Park, home of Danny Phantom, giving Jenny a slight environmental advantage.
  • Speed is equalized.
With all this being said, let the debate begin!

Quote's calc doesn't seem to be able to load in mobile. That's a very odd quirk, but whatever.

To make things easy, Quote is at 1.3267052e+16 J of power, or 3.17 Megatons of TNT.

The calculation that justifies Jenny's power level comes from the comments of this thread, which I've noticed that you can only see if you go to desktop mode for some reason.

Regardless, the end result is 6.5041111e+15 Joules, or 1.55 Megatons of TNT.

Then I think I'll give it to quote.
Higher AP, various arsenal and he can heal himself, which would allow to do him some mistakes in beginning and last longer.

Hmm... Well if there are no other counter arguments, as long as the speed is just balanced for both and there is no 6-C Jen then sadly; I'm gonna have to with the boy Quote FRA for now as well.

Btw XJ9 is just High 7-C if I recall because of a fix so its more or less a stomp now.
