Two buff dudes fight

So it looks like He-man starts off stronger and his big advatage is flight since speed is equal. Hulk has mid-high+ Regenerationn and increased power over time. I think it starts off with He-Man having a slight advantage and after the fight wears on Hulk would just become stronger and eventually pound him out. He-Man doesn't have much going on to counter Hulk's mid-high Regenerationn. I don't think it's in He-Man's character to just grab someone and throw them into space, is it? That's his only win condition I can see. I say he gets Hulk Smashed.
