TTS Emperor: I would be shocked if we found any possible fair matches for him, after all this may as well be Canon emps without precog, 1-A Resistances and quite a few tier 1 hax are in that kit, so I am not very worried about finding a match for this guy
TTS Kitten: We probably want to avoid 4-B since Kitten is uberly high into the tier to the point where it isn't even funny, add that to being a stonewall with the chances of a strike actually hitting being low anyway makes 4-B an apsolute wrap. 4-A is where Kitten scales a good amount above baseline but isn't all that high into the tier, making matches against people who actually have calculations hard.
