Hello, I will do a necessary downgrade that needed to be done some time ago
6-B to Likely 6-B
We scaled much of the Top 100 High Rankers or anyone who can fight them via Hell Joe transformed (who was declared by SIU to be stronger than standard High Rankers, which are the likes of Yuri, Cheonhee, Sharon and others) and he had said except for Evan Edrok, the rest of the Top 100 are ranked so high due to feats of strength, what makes it consistent
I suggest that we downgrade people comparable or slightly weaker than Hell Joe's transformed to "Likely 6-B" by the fact that although he was outmatched by 10% Urek withou shinsoo, he still managed to held his own against him and must be much stronger than the likes of Karaka and Yuri
Affected Characters: Real Koon Maschenny Zahard, Base Kallavan, Hell Joe Transformed, Baylord Yama in Base and with Partial Transformations, Prime Doom, Garam Zahard
Also, Possessed Yuri would also be affected, so she should have "Likely 6-B" replaced by "Possibly 6-B"
6-B+ to 6-B
As we know, many 6-B+ characters are scaled to be ten times stronger than Yuri, but there has never been anything stating that the likes of Evankhell, Jinsung and others are that amount of times stronger than Yuri, ie it is a multiplier that should be taken out since nothing makes it supports it
So I propose that they are downgraded to 6-B because they are superior to the Likely 6-B characters and potentially comparable to 10% Urek without shinsoo
The only ones to have the 6-B+ (58.6 Teratons) rating would be Khel Hellam with Ancient Power, as he managed to overpower the combined efforts from the Evankhell and Yama (both are scaled to 29.3 Teratons), and also this could affect Evankhell with Ancient Power (She managed to fight Khel Hellam with Ancient Power though with some difficulty) and Ancient Spear (She seriously wounded Khel Hellam)
Affected characters: Evankhell, Yama Complete Transformation, Khel Hellam, Koon Royale Elliot, Kallavan Essence of Bravery Form, Ha Jinsung, Prime White
