Top most powerful verse out there!!

I feel like Cthulhu is number 1 Umeniko maybe second but I know people who would disagree, so I'll say DC is second to be safe, then Umeniko, and then the Elder Scrolls, and last Marvel. (My list isn't including Masadaverse because I don't know that much about it, but it's not above marvel due to the one above all, and the Godhead from the Elder Scrolls also makes it higher because I believe Masadaverse doesn't have a tier 0)
 
Masadaverse would take the most infinitesimal sip of their outerversal beer and pass it to whoever was nearby, most like imploding the logic and reason and laws of infinite existent and non-existent universes as a side effect as he'd adjust his pants.

Because every time I read a thread about them people say they are wanked, and I believe they were slightly downgraded recently. I mean I think they're still very high up but every time someone says that a lot of people say no.
 
They can affect all the way to outerversal realm with hax last I saw, but still.

And Boogie, except for Featherine being at 0, aren't both verses fairly equal? If not for the fact that Masada has even more 1-As, and a dude with an army of infinite regenerating 1-As.
 
Though if we want to talk overpowered across their entire verse (like overall how overpowered they are within their tiers(not just who has tier 0, but within the verses bounds)). I'll have my list be Masadaverse be 1, Warframe 40,000 be second, either the Elder Scrolls be 3rd or 4th and D&D be 3rd or 4th, Digimon be 5th and I don't know many others so that's where my list for that ends. (Probably DC next it has a few 9-A's or 9-C's with 1-A power)

Because they have tier 1-A's helping out 4-B's all the time like Kharn (note kharn isn't that strong just using him as an example of how 1-A's help out in that verse a lot).

I was saying if we were talked about there own tiers like how digimon is overpowered for low 1-C and how Masadaverse is powerful for 4-A's and stuff like that (like how powerful they are throughout every tier not who is the most powerful overall due to tier 0s)

Top verses are all verses that have a tier 0, Mythos and DC have two, so DC is likely #2 or #3. Then there's the rest of the tier 0 gang. I suppose you could rank them by the amount of/quality of 1-As, but I'm not sure how the list would look.
