It is simply 11 parallel worlds, that mean those dimension statement only refering to world, universe, realm not literal dimension, it complete retcon the High 1-C argument

Contentions i am seeing is with the worlds not being treated as superior to each other, but this is solved by the series, Juukou B-Fighter's mention of dimensional universes existing. Even with this, dimensions in the verse are accepted and treated as superior to each other.

Second brane is 5 dimensional space in M theory, the 11 dimensional is supergravity

Although a complete formulation of M-theory is not known, such a formulation should describe two- and five-dimensional objects called branes and should be approximated by eleven-dimensional supergravity at low energies.

So yes, worlds exist in membrane but it will just make it 5D brane because encompasses 4D worlds

And the 11 dimensional is mean 11 another parallel brane world, not the structure of the brane it self
