If a 2-C character throws objects, would these objects also have 2-C AP?

I ask this because there are quite a few characters who throw knives, shurikens or hammers and have been able to damage other characters with very high durability.

Well, I assumed the answer would be yes, especially if said throwing weapons are their main weapons, like in the entire Naruto series.

but what happens if a character literally grabs and throw a random object from the ground like a common rock, that would it also have the character AP?

It is possible if he can add his own power to the rock he takes from the ground.

Of course they would. If an object is used to harm someone who is 2-C, then the person who threw them is 2-C as well.
