Currently we accept the savior from devil may cry 4 as island level, from its recreation of Fortuna Island. I want to re explore this feat, and the possibility of it being far more impressive.
What is the Savior
The savior is a large construct made from tens of thousands of melted down demons (and their souls as well) , and controlled via the sword of sparda.
To quote Nero inside the Savior:
The structure of the Savior's body is like a labyrinth with countless demons. Maybe they are like me, and they are the driving force behind the Savior.
It also continuously receives extracted energy from millions of demons, and is also potentially powered by Sparda's sword as well.
Furthermore, it is also powered by several crystals on its exterior that contain demonic energy. The destruction of these makes the savior weaker.
Losing its stored energy makes it weaker, and even impairs it physically, such as losing the ability to fly after losing the absorbed nero.
This is further proven true when Nero gets absorbed within it, and its stated after that it gets weakened when he gets freed.
Creation
The savior, after both losing Nero and the crystals empowering it, creates "heavens" just using the demonic energy imbued within it. Heavens are dimensions within the savior which are defined as "recreations", featuring a copy of Fortuna Island. More impressively, the heaven features a visible moon and sun copy in it as well, shown with different heavens having a day and night cycle as well.
World Destruction
Likewise, the savior is also stated to be able to destroy the world as well, via raw power:

A clear quote of the Order's intentions, that will be done by the Savior
"The purpose of the Order was to build an ideal homeland...only those who are chosen by God...the paradise that is eligible to live...in order to change the now decaying world...we have to do this...in order to create a new world, we had to set off huge chaos and destroy the world...
Despite without the timeframe, we have a High 6-A statement (can be higher) here and it is quite literal, as Credo explains that the Order's plans, in the end, is to rebuild a new world were the other fell, destroying it by a huge chaos (The Savior)
The sound came from afar, although it was a lot weaker, but Dante smiled and heard the contents of it. It was too funny to call out the demons and then destroy them to be heroes. However, the high voice of the Pope continues:
"Come on, come and pray! Give a hymn! When the world is not destroyed!"
Dante felt that they were really desperate, and appreciative applause. Dante has witnessed many wicked people who are self-proclaimed heroes.
This one shows how the feat also will not take much time, going by the sense of urgency.
Conclusion
The savior uses demonic energy that powers its physicality to make recreations of the planet (which includes a moon and sun) called heavens, in a rather short time frame (a few seconds, if not instant).
Proposal
"At least 6-C, possibly 4-c/high 4-c"
4-c is from the star creation and high 4-c from the sun to earth distance. The tier is "possibly" due to the island recreation being far objective, though it's likely the planet, moons, and sun are also due to the savior.
