Khel Hellam via Regen, Experience( Was at the Genesis Era which should be around 20,000 at mininun, years before Bam, while White is only some severals thousands of years old), Precognition and likely, scales higher than White.(because his partial release+Himself could take on Yama Partial Full transformation and Evankhell Partial Release and we haven't seen his full Ancient Power Release anyways, but that's enough).
He can also spam Dabmaku and seeing how his Ancient power is indepentant its two 6B vs a single one
