The Simpson family had just moved into a new neighborhood as Homer had set up the place. He looked around and then heard a scream from the other house. "Huh?" Homer looked at his neighbor, who seemed to be donning a mustache. "Oh, goddamn it!"

Homer then burst into the house. "Ned, did you follow us!?" He shouted, but then he looked at the place. "Ooooooooh..." He looked at the portraits. A mustache, an eye, and more weird things. Just then, the Neighbor burst in the room. "Alright, Ned! You're gonna follow us, you're gonna get it!"

Speed is equal.

Both are in-character but a bit angry.

Battle is in the Neighbor's house.

The Neighbor can use whatever he wants.

Win via KO, incap or death.

Durability: Wall level (Can withstand high-speed car crashes and other heavy objects being thrown at him, if he steps into one of his own beartraps, it will just stop him in place for a few seconds instead of breaking his ankle or even noticeably injuring him)

i think homer has more fighting experiance than the neighbor like we haven't seen the neighbor really fight other than killing the player while homer has been in fights with characters like legs who has decent fighting experiance and knows pressure points he could incapacitate the neighbor and stomp him into the ground
