Pretty sure this is a big stomp for Sukuna. Sans can't see Dismantle or Cleave which Sukuna can fire without even moving so he's pretty much dead as soon as the fight starts. But besides that, he also can't see the Ten Shadows Shikigami so he can't really fight back if Sukuna summons any of them, especially Mahoraga. Blue Soul mode isn't gonna work due to Sukuna having a higher LS and being able to jump on air. Sans' SI isn't gonna matter cause he only tried it when he was starting to wear down (and this fight probably won't last that long) and he can't really appeal to the same connection he had with the player to get Sukuna to spare him.

If Sans hit Sukuna or anything theres no way that he would be capable to put him down for good. Sukuna's stamina and damage tolerance is something beyond insane. Plus, Sukuna has Domain Expansion , which would make any dodging chance null

Genocide Chara's mentality is sorta similar to Flowey's, so I think him just offering the spare choice would pique their curiosity enough for them to actually attempt it, at least that's how I see it. Same thing basically happened with TTAR.
