Fight takes place in Fuyuki City starting at the harbor with both combatants 100 meters apart. Speed is Equalized and both are serious yet in-character. SBA for the rest.

Fun fact, in verse the Fleet was actually supposed to activate in WW2, but that would have spelled to definite doom for humanity.

I mean, if he gets his NP off he will oneshot with a barrage of 7A attacks to her 2x times above baseline dura. Its just that evading her barrage will be near impossible.
