The day mistakes were made: Zoro vs Gilgamesh

So, we joked that in Assassin vs Zoro that Gilgamesh would stomp here, but the Zoro vs Musashi thread got me thinking, would this actually be a stomp and in whos favor?

Speed equal

Both in their 6-C keys

Zoro has prior knowledge and is bloodlusted

Start 300 meters away

Battle takes place in a western town

Zoro: 0

Zasshu: 0

All right, I'll set up some arguments for Gil now

1. Gil is far more willing to drop his full power due to both being willing to kill and being attacked without some kind of challenge

2. Gilgamesh's danmaku can and will screw Zoro over quickly, and with each wave it's going to get more fucky, Zoro has to kill Gil very early or he won't do it at all.

3. Gil will know full well about Zoro's fuckery, blame the noble Phantasm he has for it

4. If EA comes out GG. Zoro isn't bashing through tier 1 space-time hax winds or surviving that any time soon.

Doesn't Gil just sword spam to death. Literally all he has to do is stand there and think.

Emiya has like 999999 reasons why that wasn't Gil in-character and to Gil Sakura was just a girl and he considered it impossible for her to beat him.

IE, neither are indicative of what Gil's in-character for a random encounter is, which to say, Gil is more likely to treat Zoro as he did Lancer in the Fate Route except escalating even quicker then he did there since he knows Zoro can very well blitz him.
 
So it is a stomp- Nasuverse's Gary stu for the most obvious reasons. Honestly, no one sees Gil vs Zoro as a fair fight

Very little use if Gil just knows Zoro's able to do it. Gil Enkidu chains him and GOB's the life out of him.
 
Sounds like an interesting fight to be honest. I would've never thought of Luffy vs an Assassin like her (considering the kind of fighter she is)
