Plot: So Plankton failed to retrieve the Krabby Patty Formula once more. Depressed he sits in his office typically wallowing in shame, Plankton irritated knew the Sponge was in his way but it seemed he couldn't stop him on his own and he needed help, Karen then brought up a comic book that her gal pal Sandy Cheeks had that detailed about the super hero red grasshopper that offered help no matter how ridiculous the request was and gave it to Plankton. Initially Plankton didn't get the reason for this but Karen told him more into detail so he calls on the phrase "OH! NOW WHO COULD HELP ME NOW???!". Just then somebody outside the chum bucket says "MEE!!" Seeing a giant red hued hooded antenna man bearing a symbolic yellow heart and lettering 'C H' wielding a big hammer, the Red Grasshopper looks down the diminutive computer and says "Oh, hang on let me pull my tiny pills out" which he gets shrunken down 7 inches to communicate better.

Plankton explained the situation in detail, unbeknownst to Grasshopper his nobility was being taken advantage of and framed Sponge Bob for an evil doer. Grasshopper appeared next to Sandy and Sponge Bob, Sandy having summoned him before tried explaining to Grasshopper that Sponge Bob wasn't the bad guy here but quickly takes action in 'protecting her' by freezing her with the Horn, So Sponge Bob tries to brace for battle.

What does Red Grasshopper lead with?

He has his own Zantetsuken "Squeaky Hammer." Initially, which as stated in his stats doubles his attack having one shot humans as durable as he is flying hell he even sent a hefty looking boulder back (Which should also be calculated come to think of it) And keep in mind Grasshopper survived his own hammer's strikes throughout the series run. And he also uses his Paralyzing Horn which become completely unresponsive in any way under the effect and has quick plans with it in successfully subduing his opponents and pretty much anything that will be thrown at him... quite literally which even has an absurd range to cover for it and its potent enough to counter advanced aliens. There's also his Shrinking Pills but in this case he shrunk himself down to 7 Inches and while slightly taller, Sponge is 4 Inches which probably couldn't matter much.

Theoretically Grasshopper's surprisingly vast spider senses will give away Sponge Bob's location and if Bob appears behind him for his tricks Grasshopper will react instantly. His Martial Arts can hinder Sponge Bob, He's even fought the world's famous Spy while in an invisible state after all. BFR technically won't work against the Grasshopper as he can simply reappear out of it. And if the opponent is still a quick one he'll also amp himself and fodder the opponent.

He's also one exceedingly lucky son of a gun. Given the absurdity of Sponge Bob, he has surely shown being lucky but to what degree they must be named.

And in using his Toon Force/Hax offensively despite his silly personality still may not be one to hesitate in using it to his advantage as well, I think the IQ section explained this well.

Which is no longer a problem as Sponge Bob now has shown evidence of some rather solid luck, but is it enough to counter Chapulin's similar luck?

And even so, Sponge Bob now has a lot more going on from City Block Peak, maybe higher. But for now he is wall so to take advantage of this as much as possible.
