Fight takes place in the Persona 5's Velvet Room.

The question remaining is how often Elizabeth uses her durability bypassing hax.

Pretty much like any other hax match with the Terrarian: Can they kill their opponent before being haxxed to death.

dear god Terrarian's Ability sections is larg! I have no idea where to start with him. I want to say Elizabeth but I don't know.

It just depends if she can land a hit with it before she gets hit. Because the Terrarian both one-shots and ignores durability.
