Tapu Koko Fight's a Princess

Tapu koko can use Power Swap: Using a psychic power Tapu Koko swaps its attack and special attack with its opponent's.
 
Daisy needs to charge it up first but I only seen it in one game but in that game she needs to build it up first. But how does her transmutation works.
