Easiest one for me to find without going through the list of Blade Quests would either be Adenine who you can have in the World Tree with the party even when she is unequipped and Poppibuster who is just given to the party while they would of already had a full party. Though I'm sure you get that the point is that in lore there is no reason why it can't happen and due to the SBA of having characters at their strongest then it would make this happen. So if ya want something like Xb2 chars with only their main Blade I'd suggest making it in Fun and Games since you'd be intentionally nerfing a character which isn't allowed under normal conditions (you can only omit stuff that are likely/possibly or if it a smurf ability just so ya know)
